Start with a core team

Start the process of having folks see the need, and use the wiki site for their advantage.

Pick 2 or 3 main people who will use the wiki site, and teach them the values and "how to" in using a wiki.

Undra C. Finney is the main person at The Rock MCC church who has used our church wiki site on a regular basis.

(A few others have used it some, or have tried to use it...)

Pick 1 or 2 more, and teach them...

Communications Leader

     can put prayer requests, and praises on its own wiki page

     can put announcements on its own wiki page

     can put church dates and places on its own wiki page

     can put the church calendar on its own wiki page

     can put website update items on its own wiki page

     can put birthdays, anniversaries, etc on its own wiki page

               some of the above items could also be put on the calendar, etc.

Team Leaders

     can put their meeting dates and places on its own wiki page

All above wiki pages have links to each other...

These core group team folks, after they learn the ropes, will teach other team leaders, etc. the things they have been tought and learned.
